Order Processing Time

To ensure the premium quality and meticulous inspection of every garment, please note our fulfillment process:

Standard Items: Please allow 5-7 business days for order preparation and processing before your items are dispatched.
On-Hand Items: Items explicitly marked as 'On-Hand' will be prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Note on Stock: In the event of an unexpected stock shortage, we will promptly contact you to advise on the extended lead time. While waiting may be required for certain items, we promise the finished piece will be worth it.

Domestic Shipping (Within the Philippines)

We partner with reliable couriers Gogo Xpress and LBC for all local deliveries.

Shipping fees for Home Pieces (if applicable) are based on the item's weight and may vary from the flat rate.
