Exchange Policy

Aviora Exchange Policy

At Aviora, we stand by the quality of our garments. While we do not offer refunds, we are pleased to offer a 3-day exchange policy. This means you have five (3) days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange for a different size or item.

 

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and undamaged.

  • Packaging: It must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, please contact us at aviora.ph@gmail.com or send us a message via Instagram - aviora.ph. If your exchange request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

Shipping Costs

Please note that the client is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange. This includes the cost of sending the original item back to us and the cost of shipping the new item to you.
