Ordering & Sizing

How do I place an order? Simply navigate to your desired category and browse the collections. Select your item, choose your preferred style and size, and click Add to Cart to proceed to checkout.

I'm unsure of my size. How can I ensure a perfect fit? Every Aviora style includes a detailed Size Chart or specific sizing information within the product images and description details. If you remain undecided, please don't hesitate to reach out via live chat, email or simply DM us on our Instagram account - aviorah_ph; we're happy to personally assist you in selecting the right size.


 

Payment & Shipping

What are your accepted modes of payment? We exclusively accept payments via GCash Fund Transfer and BDO Bank Deposit or Online Fund Transfer.

Note: We currently do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Cash on Pick-up (COP), or PayPal.

How long will it take to receive my order? Shipping timelines depend on the item's availability:

  • On-Hand Items:

    • NCR: 2–3 business days (Post-shipment)

    • Provincial: 3–5 business days (Post-shipment)

  • Standard (Not On-Hand) Items / Pre-order items: Please allow 5-7 business days for preparation before shipment.

Are all items ready to ship? All our items are available for pre-order unless stated otherwise. We don't keep stocks on hand, and processing takes 5-7 days before shipping. While this requires patience, we guarantee the lasting quality of your order will be worth the wait. 


 

Exchanges

Do you accept refunds or exchanges? We do not offer refunds. However, we are pleased to offer a 3-day exchange policy for size only. If the item is to be exchanged is no longer available in your preferred size, you may choose a different product as replacement. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging to be eligible. Please review our full Exchange Policy for details.
